Atriabyte recruits engineers to work alongside the clinician founders on shipping clinical software. The company maintains a small, focused team and applies rigorous standards to all hiring decisions.
The founders are practising physicians. Engineers work alongside them — and occasionally directly with deploying clinicians — so product decisions are grounded in clinical practice rather than abstract requirements.
Atriabyte operates as a remote-first company. All current engineering openings are remote within the EU. Greek fluency is required for clinician-facing roles.
Meaningful equity participation is offered to early team members. Compensation bands are published, and offer terms are not subject to negotiation.
With a team this small, every engineer is a senior engineer — there is no management layer between you and the work, and every shipped feature is visible to the founders and to users.
Atriabyte considers exceptional candidates outside of currently advertised positions. General career enquiries are welcomed.
